• Returns and Exchanges

Wholesale purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is damaged upon arrival. If the product is defective, Revamp Direct must be notified within 7 days of receiving the item, along with photographic proof of the defect.

• Termination of Wholesale Partnership

Revamp Direct reserves the right to terminate the wholesale agreement at any time if the partner fails to adhere to these terms and conditions. In the case of termination, any pending orders will be canceled unless previously confirmed and paid for.

• Intellectual Property

All branding, product images, descriptions, and marketing materials provided by Revamp Direct remain the intellectual property of the company. Wholesale partners may use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting the sale of Revamp Direct products.
