This Limited Warranty applies to furniture purchased from Revamp Direct and guarantees that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship when used in residential settings.

Exclusions

The Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, natural disasters, improper care, or storage. Please refer to our Furniture Care Guide for instructions on how to properly maintain your product.

Each piece of furniture may showcase unique characteristics due to the natural materials and artisanal craftsmanship involved. Variations in texture, color, and finish are considered normal and not defects.

Outdoor Furniture Care

Our outdoor furniture collections are designed to withstand various weather conditions. They should also be protected from damage and extreme weather. Limited Warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or improper care and storage. However, to protect your investment, we recommend using covers during prolonged periods of non-use and storing cushions in a dry area. Damage caused by exposure to extreme weather, improper care, or storage is not covered under the Limited Warranty.

Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to residential use and is non-transferable. It covers both indoor and outdoor furniture from Revamp Direct. If furniture is mishandled, improperly cared for, reupholstered, or repaired by unauthorized sources, the warranty will be void. Proper care and use are essential to claims your rights under this warranty.

Warranty Service

In the event of a manufacturing defect, Revamp Direct will either repair or replace the defective item with a comparable product. Replacement items may not exactly match the original product due to changes in design or availability. Please note that no cash refunds are available under this warranty, and our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. It excludes all other charges like shipping, taxes etc.

Proof of purchase is required for any warranty service. If an item is repaired or replaced, the warranty will be void.

Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to accidents or misuse
• Damage from improper care, storage, or natural disasters
• Variations in materials such as natural wood grain, color fluctuations, or oxidation
• Clearance items in sales and any products used in commercial settings are not eligible for coverage.
