Where is my order?

All orders will be processed within 0 to 1 days from the date of order by the carrier selected based on your location and with the fastest service available.

Items are only processed Monday to Friday and not on weekends or public holidays.

How long does it take to get my products?

The usual delivery time is 4 to 5 business days but you may receive your items much sooner. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can follow them every step of the way. Packages may experience delays beyond our control, such as postal delays.

How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number for you to follow the progress and track your order all the way. You can track your order from our tracking shared with you.

When will tracking be updated?

The tracking of your parcel can take a couple days to be updated once the order is shipped.

Tracking says delivered but I did not received it. What should I do?

Start by checking in abnormal spots such as your porch, with your neighbors, leasing office of an apartment, etc. Every now and then the mail carriers leave packages in odd spots.

Occasionally mail carriers will mark a package delivered before the package is actually left at your shipping address. Please allow 2 business days after your order is marked “delivered” to see if it arrives slightly later than expected. You can also check with the courier as well for this parcel.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of placement. A restocking fee of $10.00 will be deducted on every order cancellation. All orders are processed after 8 hours and cannot be cancelled after that. In case of cancellation, kindly email us at support@revampdirect.com

What is your exchange policy?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at support@revampdirect.com and send your item to the address specified by the support team. You can check it in detail here.
